Organizations describe themselves through documents, conversations, databases, process diagrams, software systems, models, and people's experience. AI can search and transform more of this material than any person, but access to information is not the same as sharing an understanding of the world that the information describes.

The same customer, product, role, process, decision, or rule may appear differently in several systems. Important relationships often remain implicit. Each new document or AI conversation can reproduce those inconsistencies instead of resolving them.

Mimris addresses this by making concepts, objects, relationships, processes, views, evidence, and work part of a connected context.

The approach behind Mimris is Active Knowledge Modelling. A model is not treated only as a diagram or a record produced once. It can remain connected to evidence, questions, decisions, applications, AI-assisted work, and new results.

That makes the model useful as durable context: something people and AI can inspect, challenge, apply, and evolve together.

A World inside an AKM Universe

Mimris organizes a domain as a World inside an AKM Universe. The World makes the domain's vocabulary and structure explicit. The surrounding Universe connects that structure to the Workspace and to generated Operational Previews.

The Coffee Shop World is the public example. It connects customers, products, employees, payment, production, inventory, systems, information, model views, documents, decisions, and work in one familiar context.

Two complementary products

Mimris Modelling is the specialist environment for creating and evolving model structure. It asks: What is the world, and how is it structured?

Mimris AI Workspace uses that structured World with documents, processes, tasks, decisions, deliverables, and AI-assisted work. It asks: What do we do within the world we have modelled?

The products therefore have different jobs, but they share the same purpose. One makes domain understanding explicit. The other puts that understanding to work.

Mimris is not an attempt to replace documents, people, software, or AI conversations with one universal model. Documents remain evidence. People remain responsible for meaning and decisions. Software performs specialized functions. AI helps explore and perform work.

The model gives these activities a shared structure that can remain understandable as the domain and the work change.
